Refund policy

We know returning an item can be disappointing but if you need to return your order please see our policy below:

OUR RETURN POLICY

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Returns are eligible for full priced items. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns.
  • Shipping on returns is at the cost of the customer.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed and unstained).
  • Please take care when trying on your items as items with make up stains, perfume fragrance etc are not eligible for returns. 

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we aren't able to do traditional exchanges.

The best way to go about this is to create a return on our returns portal.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund and then you are able to reorder the size/ item you would like!

RETURNS FORM

Simply create a return via the returns portal and select the items you wish to return.

Once you've lodged your return, please wait for us to approve your request before you send the item back to us. 

NOTE: PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU WAIT FOR OUR APPROVAL EMAIL BEFORE YOU SEND YOUR ITEM BACK TO AVOID THE PARCEL BEING REJECTED.
