Shipping and Order Updates

WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This will then be followed by a shipping confirmation email detailing your tracking number.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP YOUR ORDERS FROM?

We are an Australian run brand and we are proud to announce that we ship worldwide from our USA & Hong Kong Fulfilment centres. We have found these fulfilment centres to be great central locations for our expanding customer base around the world!

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Your shipping fee and wait time will be calculated at checkout with both standard and express shipping rates available for most regions!  

Please note: Customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

If you need to amend your order or the shipping address of your order, please contact our customer care team via email (info@madeulooklabel.com) as soon as possible and we will do our absolute best to assist.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
All product prices indicated are in AUD currency. GST is included in the product price. We accept payment via PayPal, Afterpay, and credit or debit cards. 
WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
Made U Look is a low waste brand so we make our designs in small quantities. If we sell out of a design, we will open up a pre-order for the design so that we can send it out to you as soon as your order is ready. The Pre-Order product page will have an estimated date of dispatch for the order. We will also keep you updated via email if there is a slight change in the estimated dispatch date! 

Returns

WHAT ARE THE RETURN OPTIONS?
We've made our returns process simple so you can shop with ease. For detailed information on returns, click here, but in summary: We happily accept returns. Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns are eligible for full priced items. Shipping on returns is at the cost of the customer. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unstained) to be eligible.
HOW CAN I LODGE A RETURN?
Please lodge your requests on our returns portal.
Follow the steps online to request your return.
Please do not initiate a chargeback with your bank as this causes a lengthy refund process. The quickest way to initiate a refund is to send us an email or lodge a request on our returns portal!
