OUR MODEL

i. How does it work?

At MUL, we don’t mass produce - no overstock, no dead stock, no waste. Each piece is handcrafted with care and precision, created in limited quantities to honour mindful consumption. Many of our designs are made-to-order, crafted especially for you once your order is placed. Select styles are also produced in small, ready-to-ship runs, offering the same artisanal quality with faster delivery.

You’ll be able to see whether an item is made-to-order or ready-to-ship directly on the product page.

ii. When can I expect to receive my package?

Ready to ship styles will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2–3 business days, with standard and express shipping options available at checkout.

Our made-to-order pieces will take approximately 8–10 weeks for delivery from the date your order is placed.

iii. Can I request my order for a specific date? 

We’d love for you to have your MUL piece in time for your event. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us as early as possible so we can advise on feasibility. While we’ll always do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee this in every case.

WEDDINGS

i. I’d like to place a bulk order for my bridesmaids - can I customise the colour to match my wedding theme?

Yes! We’d be delighted to help create bespoke bridesmaids’ pieces for your special day, including custom colours to match your wedding theme. Please reach out to us at info@madeulooklabel.com and our team will work closely with you to bring your vision to life.

SHIPPING

i. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! MUL takes pride in shipping our designs worldwide.

ii. What is the cost of shipping?

A flat-rate of $25USD will be applied to each order going to USA/UK/EU/CANADA.

A flat-rate of $25AUD will be applied to orders going to Australia & New Zealand.

RETURNS

i. What is your return policy?

For ready-to-ship items, we gladly offer refunds for change of mind.

For made-to-order pieces, we ask our customers to shop thoughtfully, as these are crafted especially for you and cannot be refunded. Your mindful choices support our commitment to sustainable, conscious creation.
